It may be switched directly by 230 V AC, 110 VAC, 24 VDC or also be switched in the hazardous area by an intrinsically safe relay (potential free input), or any equipment with an intrinsically safe dry contact.
Necessary flameproof certification permits installation in Zone 1 or 2 gas group IIA & IIB.
